Randolph County, IndianaThe second location of burials for Winchester, was north of the Huntsville Road on Western Avenue, established by David Heaston in 1844. This too proved unsuitable, and later many of the bodies were removed.

It is known that several remain buried here, including Paul Way, who platted the city of Winchester, David Wysong, who built the brick courthouse, and their families. Also ancestors of several people still living in the area, Kenners, Goodrich, Reed, Way, Monks and several others.
