ZEIS, James B. - Putnam

Greencastle – James B. Zeis, former editor of the Greencastle Banner-Graphic, has died in Greencastle., He was 77.  Zeis, who died Thursday spent 52 years working on local newspapers, including the Banner-Graphic, Dailey Banner and Putnam County Graphic.  In 1977, he was inducted into the Indiana Sports Hall of Fame as a sportswriter. Born in Momence, Ind Zeis is survived by his daughter, Georgia Barrett of Indianapolis and his son, James F. Zeis
