YOUNG, Mary Elizabeth Grantham - Putnam

Mary Elizabeth Young, 89, died Monday at Rockville. She was born in Roachdale November 27, 1854 a daughter of Elijah and Nancy LaFollette Grantham. She married Mac Young in Roachdale, he is now deceased. Her parents owned land that Roachdale was Ploted. Survivors are five daughters; Mrs. W. W. Epperson, Jackson, Mississippi, Mrs. Marvin Carpenter, Chicago, Mrs. McHatton and Mrs. V. C. Allen, both of Indianapolis, and Mrs. Rease Littlefield, Waco, Texas, sons; Jesse F., Greencastle, Elmer O., Roachdale and L. H., Burbank, Califorania. No funeral or place of burial given.
