YOUNG, Elmer Bruce - Putnam

Elmer Bruce Young, 71, former resident of Roachdale, died at the home of a daughter in Indianapolis Monday. He was born in Illinois May 30, 1865, the son of William and Delilah Young. He moved to Indianapolis from Roachdale 11 years ago. He married Margaret Perkins June 2, 1895. Surviving are the widow, one son Robert, Indianapolis, five daughters; Mrs. Ira Holland, Roachdale, Mrs. Ralph Moge, Akron, Ohio, Mrs. James McGee, Mrs. Ralph Quinton, and Mrs. Forest Smith, all of Indianapolis, sixteen grandchildren and one greatgrandchildren. Funeral services were held at Roachdale Christian church, with burial in Roachdale cemetery.   ---- thanks so much to Marilyn Walker for the RT times donation.
