YATER, Bervie - Putnam

MARSHALL -- Bervie Yater, 65, died Sunday at 3 a. m. at his home here.  Survivors include the widow, Goldie Yater; six sons, Lloyd of Marshall, Cliston of Marion, Carroll of near Kingman, Glenwood of Battle Ground, Herschel of Darlington and Gerald of Greencastle; two daughters, Mrs. Mary Alice Malone, Waynetown and Mrs. Ruth Larson of Crawfordsville; a brother, Arnold of Attica; three sisters, Mrs. Sylvia Harper of Attica, Mrs. Ocea Clawson of Independence, and Mrs. Ova Corwin of Lafayette; 14 grandchildren and a great-grandchild.  Funeral services will be conducted Tuesday at 1 p. m. at the Marshall Federated Church by Rev. J. O. Trousdale. Burial will be in Bethany Cemetery, Marshall. Friends may call at the residence after 1 p. m. Monday. The Branson Funeral Home in Rockville is in charge of arrangements. –
