WOODY, Daisy Wilson - Putnam

Mrs. Daisy Woody, 78, of 2035 Clover Drive died at 8:40 a.m. today in Culver Hospital where she had been a patient for two days. She was a member of the First Christian Church of Crawfordsville. Born Sept. 25, 1895, in Putnam County, she was the daughter of John C. and Maria Elizabeth Bugg Wilson. She attended Putnam County schools. She was married to Leo Woody of Putnam County Sept. 5, 1935. He survives. She is also survived by a sister, Mrs. Henry Nelson of Raccoon. Services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Thursday in the Powers Funeral Home with the Rev. Howard Miller officiating. Burial will be in the Bainbridge Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home after 2 p.m. Wednesday.    --– jlr
