WINGERT< Fred - WWI - Putnam

Services for Fred W .Wingert, 80, 5738 Speedway Drive will be held at 11:30 a.m. Tuesday in Conkle Speedway Funeral Home with burial in Cloverdale Cemetery.  He died Saturday at home.  Mr. Wingert was a self-employed interior decorator until retiring in 1958.  He was a member of Cloverdale American Legion, Knights of Pythias, Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 1839 and an Army veteran of World War I. Survivors include the widow, Mrs. Jewell A. Wingert; a daughter, Mrs. Virginia Yorkis of Aurora, Illo and a son, Fred Wingert of Michigan City. – kbz
