WILLIAMS, Vineta - Putnam

Rossville – Mrs. Vineta A. Williams, 87, died early Monday in Milner Community Healthcare Center in Rossville.  Born Sept 1, 1897, in Putnam Conty she lived in Greencastle before coming to the Rossville community. She was employed several years at DePauw University retiring in 1964.  Her marriage was in 1922 to Lee Williams, who died in 1974.  Mrs. Williams was a member of First Christian Church and Order of Eastern Star both in Greencastle.  She is survived by one sister, Irene Crawley of Indianapolis. Service will be Wednesday in Greencastle. – kbz
