Emma J. Williams, 85, 1221 S Whitcomb died today in a nursing home.  Born in Putnam County, Mrs. Williams came to Indianapolis in 1924 after the death of her husband, John Williams, a farmer.  Her son, Lewis Williams, an employee of the Ansted Corporation died last March.  She was a life member of the Walnut Chapel Friends Church in Putnam County.  Services will be at 10:30 a.m. in Hampton Funeral Home, Plainfield with burial in Walnut Chapel Cemetery.  A grandson and two great grandchildren survive. – kbz
