Whitaker, Richard A, 80 of Okeechobee, FL born Aug 12, 1914 in Putnam County, Indiana died Jan 31, 1995.  He was a foreman for Eastern Air Lines from 1953-1976 when he retired.  Survived by wife Lavon Whitaker of Okeechobee, Fla, daughterSandra Pirre of Pemb. Pines, FL; sons Michael Whitaker of Cooper City, FL, Tim Whitaker of Miramar, FL and Tom Whitaker of Miramar, sisters Emogene Hunter, Martha Whittington and Ina Gott all of Indianapolis; 9 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren. Funeral services Friday 2-3-1895 at 3 p.m. at the Bass Funeral Home, officiated by Mack Cook. Visitation Friday 2-3-95 at 1-3 p.m. at Bass Funeral Home.  Arrangements are entrusted to the Bass Funeral Home, Okeechobee, Fl. – kbz
