WEBSTER, Mattie Jacobs - Putnam

Mrs. Mattie Webster, 4 of 185 Middletown Gardens died at her home at 4:45 a/m. Saturday following an illness of two years.  She was a native of Fairmount, Ill and came to Muncie from Greencastle, Ind in 19266.  She was a member of the Pentecostal Tabernacle.  Surviving are four sons: Charles of San Carlos, Calif; George of Greencastle; Alton of New Castle and Clarence F. Webster of Muncie; six daughters: Mrs. Stella Overlander of Alfred, ND; Mrs. Ethel Shannon of Muncie; Mrs. Mary Hill of Trafalgar, Ind; Mrs. Cora Hopkins of Wimbledon, ND; Mrs. Viola Spears of Indianapolis and Mrs. Naomi Clouse of Muncie; 17 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren.  The body has been removed to the Parson Mortuary with funeral arrangements pending word from relatives out of state. – kbz
