Robert Kelsey Watkins, 43, former dirt track racer and race car builder will be buried at Waynetown after services at 1 p.m. tomorrow in Moore, Kirk & Craciunoiu Ben Davis Chapel. He died Saturday after a heart attack in his home, 638 S. Biltmore. Survivors are the widow, Catherine Watkins; two sons, Harold and Larry Watkins and three sisters. – kbz
