Clara Florence VEACH, 69, wife of Dr. L. W. Veach of Bainbridge died at 11 a. m. Saturday in an Indianapolis Nursing home. She had been in ill health the last five years. Born in Brazil Feb 23, 1893, she was a daughter of Frank W. and Katherine Webster WEAVER. She married Dr. Veach at Brazil on March 1, 1919. Surviving besides her husband are a son, Dr. Richard Veach of Bainbridge; two brothers, Fred Weaver of Brazil and Dr. Leonard Weaver of Los Angeles and two sisters, Mrs. Fannie Cassidy of Terre Haute. Friends may call at the Hopkins & Walton Funeral Home in Bainbridge. Perkins Funeral Home of Roachdale will have charge of the services at Banbridge at 2 p. m. Tuesday with Rev James Phifer officiating. Burial in Bainbridge cemetery. Thanks to Mandee for this obit.

Mrs. Clara F. Veach, 69 years old, Bainbridge, died yesterday in Ann Taylor Hospital, 2231 Broadway. Born at Brazil, Ind she had been a resident of Bainbridge 42 years. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Hopkins-Walton Funeral Home at Bainbridge. Burial will be in Bainbridge Cemetery. Survivors include the husband, Dr. LW Veach; a son, Dr. Richard L. Veach of Bainbridge; two sisters, Mrs. Fannie Cassidy of Brazil and Mrs. May Ahlemeyer of Terre Haute and two brothers, Fred W. Weaver of Brazil and Dr. Leonard Weaver of los Angeles, Cal. – kbz

Ross "Ross" Robison, predeceased her. Letha died April 11, 1957 in Brazil, Ind.
She was my husband Jack's grandmother.
