“Belle Union news item” – The death of Ida Vaughan, who lived near this place is deeply mourned.  Obituary – Whereas, it has pleased Almighty God to call our beloved friend Ida Vaughan from our association below to that home of eternal rest, resolved, that in her death the community deeply mourns the loss of such a dear young associate. Resolved, that we as a community tender our sympathies to the bereaved relatives and family and sorrow with them in their loss; yet we mourn not as those without hope and would commend them in this deep affliction to the God of all comfort. - kbz
