Vancleave, Thomas A. - Putnam

Charley Vancleave received a message Saturday announcing death of his uncle, Thomas A. Vancleave, age 85 of Indianapolis. Mr. Vancleave formerly was a resident of Greencastle and was well known here. He was a brother of the late Stephen Vancleave, one of Greencastle’s pioneer residents. The body was brought to Greencastle Sunday afternoon at 2 o’clock on the interurban and was taken to the Baptist Church where the funeral services were conducted by the Rev. Shouse. Burial was in the old cemetery where the wife is buried.
