TUCKER, Bertha C. - Putnam

Cassell C. Tucker, administrator of the estate of Bertha C. Tucker, filed suit in circuit court Friday against William T. O’Hair and Mary E. O’Hair to collect an alleged unpaid promissory note.  A demand of $265 is made.  Gillen and Lyon are attorneys for the plaintiff.   ~~~transcribed by kbz
