TIMME, Ida Haltom - Putnam

Sheridan – Ida M. Timme, 82 of Sheridan died Sunday, Sept 15, 2002 at Riverview Hospital in Noblesville.  Mrs. Timme was a homemaker and cow-owner of Timme Mobile Home Park in Speedway. She was born Nov 28, 1919 in Putnam County, the daughter of William and Alice (Wildey) Haltom.  She was a graduate of Bell Union HS in Putnam County.  She married MJ Timme March 25, 1940. He died Oct 17, 1985.  Mrs. Timme was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church in Lebanon, Ind, the Association of the Immaculate Medal, an associate member of the Indiana Sheriff’s Association and an associate member of Pioneers of the Indiana State Police. She loved wild bird watching, flowers, playing bridge and traveling.  She is survived by three sons, Stephen J. Timme of Lebanon, David B. Timme of Sharpsville and John R. time of Lebanon; 12 grandchildren; three great grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by a daughter, Alice Marie Timme and three brothers.  Calling will be 9-10:30 a.m. Wednesday at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Lebanon.  Services will follow at 10:30 a.m. also at the church. The Rev. Tony Levi will officiate. Entombment will be in Calvary Cemetery uin Indianapolis.  Kerchaval Funeral Home of Sheridan is handling the arrangements. Memorial contributions can be made to the donor’s charity of choice. - kbz
