THOMAS, Pearl Browning - Putnam

Mrs. Pearl B. Thomas, age 35, died Sunday after several days’ illness.  Born in Putnam County, Mrs. Thomas came to Indianapolis as a young woman. She was married to OOrville C. Thomas in 1922. She was a member of the Westview Baptist Church and Order of Eastern Star. Besides the husband; survivors include a daughter, Delores Thomas; a sister, Mrs. Lela Armstrong and a brother, Harold Browning of Indianapolis. Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 10 a.m. in Westview Baptist Church in the charge of the Rev. CA Wade, pastor. Burial will be in Brick Chapel cemetery.
