Cromwell – Mrs. Madge Marqueritte Sutherlin, 79 of Cromwell, died of a heart attack at 1:30 p.m. Monday in the home of her daughter, Mrs. Judy Smith in Indianapolis. Born Nov 28, 1893 in Putnamville, Ind, she had lived in Cromwell for the last 8 years. On May 30, 1912, she was married to Clyde Sutherlin. He died in 1962. She was a member of the Putnamville Methodist Church. Surviving are one son, Norman of Cromwell; five daughters, Mrs. Smith; Mrs. Kenneth Green of Rhode Island; Mrs. Maxine Williamson of Worthington, Ind; Mrs. Curtis St. Clair of Cloverdale, Ind and Mrs. Max Neuhouser of Ligonier; and 16 grandchildren. Friends may call after 2 p.m. Wednesday in Ulrey Funeral Home in Cromwell where services will be at 10 a.m. Thursday. Rev. Harland Steffen officiating. Burial will be in the Cloverdale Cemetery – kbz
