Roy Stultz, 75, Expires In City

Roy U. Stultz, 310 E. Jefferson St., died Monday evening at his home. He was 75. Mr. Stultz was born June 20, 1885, in Putnam County. His parents were John and Mary Pickel Stultz. On Oct. 12, 1922 he married Chasie Young in Indianapolis. He then moved to Zionsville and later to Fincastle. The family moved to Crawfordsville shortly after Mr. Stultz' retirement in 1944. The deceased attended Putnam County grade and high schools and was a timber buyer and a farmer. He belonged to the Montgomery County Farm Bureau. He is survived by his wife; two sons, Bruce R. of LaPort and Robert Lee of Crawfordsville; two daughters, Mrs. Russell Sarve of Crawfordsville and Mrs. Burton Tincher of Galien, Mich.; three brothers, Alva of Morton, Bert of Indianapolis and Ray of Crawfordsville, and a sister, Mrs. Emma King of Spencer, and 10 grandchildren. Three brothers and four sisters preceded him in death. The funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at the Bright Funeral Home. Rev. Guy E. Tremaine of Waynetown will officiate. Burial will be in the Masonic Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home after 2 p.m. Wednesday.
