STUART, Clarence - Putnam

An affidavit filed in the Putnam Circuit Court this morning charges Clarence Stuart with failure to provide proper food, clothing and medical attention for his wife, Katheryn and two small children, Raymond Leroy and Donald Ray Stuart. The affidavit was filed by the wife and the following are named as state’s witnesses: Robert Todd, Ora Todd and Ileen Todd. The family are residents of the north part of Putnam County but at present Stuart is said to be in Hendricks County. – kbz
