STRINGER, Nancy Broadstreet - Putnam

Greencastle Mrs. Nancy Stringer, 82, wife of John Stringer, prominent farmer of Jefferson Twp, died at her home Tuesday morning at 8 o'clock, following an extended illness. Funeral services will be held from the Stilesville Baptist Church Thursday morning at 11 o'clock with Rev. Cornelius Airhart of Crawfordsville, in charge. Mrs. Stringer was the daughter of James & America Broadstreet, and had spent her entire life in Jeff. Twp. living most of this time at her present home. She was the last of 12 children born to this couple. Besides the husband, a daughter, Mildred at home, survives. Charles Broadstreet of Greencastle is a nephew of Mrs. Stringer.    --- typed by kbz
