STRANGE, Alonzo

Alonzo Strange fell out of the hay loft at Black’s Stable Saturday night, striking the lower floor on his head and shoulder. When found he was in a semi-conscious condition with blood flowing from his ears and mouth. Dr. Poole was called to wait upon him. The indications are that he is in a critical condition, though it is hoped he will recover.

Alonzo Strange, aged 32 years, died Monday night of injuries sustained by falling from a hay mow one week ago.

Note: WPA Death Index H-4 p 103 lists him as dying 17 Feb 1896 age 31. So sad
