Mrs. Della Stilwell, 85 years old, Fincastle, died yesterday in an Indianapolis nursing home. A Fincastle resident 50 years, Mrs. Stillwell was a member of the Methodist Church.  Funeral services will be held at 3 p.m. Monday in the Harry W. Moore Peace Chapel. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery. Surviving are a sister, Mrs. Elsie Fredriks of Indianapolis and a brother, Elliott Todd of Pocahontas, Ark. – kbz
