STEWART, Hazel Forest Worrell - Putnam

Funeral services for Mrs. Otto Stewart were conducted Tuesday afternoon at the Chastain Funeral Home in Roachdale.  Rev. Malcolm Harris, pastor of the Presbyterian Church was in charge of the service. Mrs. Ralph Crosby and Mrs. Howard Myers sang, “Resting in His Love and Under the cross with Eugene Hutchins as organist.  The pall bearers were Grover Ellis, Raymond Crosby, Ward Lovett, Allie Miller, Wm. McMullen and John Blackmore.  Those who carried the floral offerings were Mrs. Roy Blue; Mrs. Glenn Irwin; Mrs. Ward Lovett; Mrs. Grover Ellis; Mrs. Raymond Crosby; Mrs. John Blackmore; Mrs. Wm. McMullen and Mrs. Letha O’Conner.  Interment was in the Roachdale cemetery.   -– kbz
