STEWART, Charles - Putnam

Stewart, Charles Lee, age 77 years old, died Wednesday at his home following three day illness of pneumonia. Funeral rites were held Last Friday in Roachdale, with burial in Roachdale Cemetery.  Born near Barnard 24 November 1866, the son of Preston and Amanda Lee Stewart.  His marriage to Armilda Barbar took place 8 March 1897. Survivors are a son Floyd W.; a daughter, Miss Lola Stewart of Gary; a sister Mrs. Frances Kennedy and a brother William both of Danville and four grandchildren.
