STEVENSON, Eliza LaFoe - Putnam

Funeral services were held at the Chastain funeral home Tuesday afternoon for Mrs. Eliza LaFoe Stevenson, who died at her home in Bainbridge Sunday evening following an extended illness. She had been seriously ill for three months although her health had been failing over a period of five years. Mrs. Stevenson was born August 24, 1861 near Barnard, the daughter of Thomas and Margaret Kelso LaFoe. She was married March 9, 1890, to Edward Stevenson, who survives. Mrs. Stevenson was a charter member of the Barnard Baptist church and was a resident of Putnam county throughout her life.
