STE{HENS, Rebecca Torr - Putnam

Died at the residence of her son, living in Franklin Township, Putnam County, Ind on the 28th day of April 1863 after a brief illness, Rebecca Stephens (sic) aged about 84 years. She was the widow of Thomas Stevens (sic) and sister of the late William and James Torr of this county and probably the last survivor of a family of 7 children of whose average age at death would probably reach 75 years. – kbz
