SMYTHE, Otto - Putnam

Cloverdale – Otto (sic) V. Smythe, 76, retired president of First National Bank here, died yesterday. Rites 2 p.m. tomorrow in Whitaker Funeral Home. Survivors include two daughters, Ina Guthrie and Lucille Floyd, both of Indianapolis, and a son, Deward W. Smythe, controller at DePauw  University, Greencastle. – kbz
