SMITHSON, Nora Rogers - Putnam

Mrs. Nora Smithson, 85, a former resident of Roachdale, died at the home of her daughter Miss Dell Smithson of New York City Sunday afternoon. Funeral services will be held at the Chastain funeral home Thursday afternoon April 30. Burial will be made in Roachdale cemetery. Mrs. Smithson lived here many years but recently had been living with her daughter in New York. Other survivors are two sons; Dr. F. B. Smithson of Russellville and Kenneth Smithson of California, and two other daughters are: Dr. Grace Wrightman of Springfield, Illinois and Mrs. William Waterbury of Ontario, Canada and several grandchildren.
