SMITH, Lyle - Putnam

Lyle A. SMITH, 28, died Tuesday morning at the home of his mother, Mrs. Roberta Richards in Russellville. He died following a brief illness. Born Oct 1, 1927, he was the son of Frank Smith and Roberta Smith Richards. He was a 1945 grad of Russellville HS and served in the US Navy. Survivors include the mother, and the stepfather, Dr. EE Richards of Russellville and two half-sisters, Bronna and Becky at home. Funeral services were held at 10 a.m. Thursday at Russellville Federated church with Rev. Richard Huddleston office. Burial in Hebron Cemetery.   --- typed by kbz
