Linden, Nov. 2 – Thomas Jay Slavens, 67, died at 6:45 p. m. today at his home here. Born near here, he was married in 1905 to Angelina Wagner. Surviving, three sons, Thomas, Crawfordsville, Edward, of Linden, and Howard, Noblesville; two daughter, Irene, Crawfordsville, and Minerva, Noblesville, with a sisters, Mrs. Vevia Lochard of Linden. Services will be held at the King funeral home Monday at 2 with burial in Linden cemetery.
