SIGLER, Cory "Dick" - Putnam

Cory Lee “Dick” Sigler, 52 years old, coal miner and truck driver of Worthington died early this morning in the General Hospital at Indianapolis, following a heart attack.  Mr. Sigler was born near Waveland Jan 24, 1896, the son of James and Carrie Sigler.  He had resided in Worthington for more than 25 years. He was a member of the Moose Lodge at Linton. Surviving are the mother, Mrs. Carrie Sigler of Worthington with whom the deceased made his home; one brother, James W. Sigler of Worthington and two sisters, Mrs. Jessie Heacox and Mrs. Bessie Hostettler both of Worthington. The body was brought to the Myers Funeral Home at Worthington pending completion of funeral arrangements. – kbz
