Notice is hereby given that in pursuance of an order of the Putnam Circuit Court at the Nov 1882 term thereof the undersigned administrator of the estate of Fredrick Shultz, deceased, will offer for sale to the highest bidder on and after the 11th day of January 1883 and until sold, the following described real estate in Greencastle, Putnam County, Indiana towit: Lots No 204 and 214 in the old part of the town, now city of Greencastle, Indiana being the property known as the Shultz property, west of the old cemetery. Also lots “L and “K” in Peek’s enlargement to the town now city of Greencastle, Indiana. Terms of Sale – 1/3 cash, 1/3 in 9 and 1/3 in 18 months.  Deferred payments to bear 6% with approved freehold security. For particulars call on Wm.
