Omer Scott, 81, Roachdale, died
yesterday in Putnam County Hospital. Life resident of Putnam County he was a
farmer. Services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday in the Chastain Funeral Home at
Roachdale with burial in Blakesburg Cemetery. Survivors are three daughters,
Oakie and Daisy Witt, Roachdale and Agnes Ryans, Greencastle; two sons, Fay
Scott, Bainbridge and Walter Scott, Roachdale, a brother, James Scott,
Lafayette, 13 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren. - kbz
