SCOTT, James T. - Putnam

The funeral of James T. Scott occurred last Tuesday in the Presbyterian Church of Waveland, Mr. Scott having died of consumption at Harrisburg on Sunday. He was sixty eight years of age and had resided in this community all his life. For over twenty years he had been a tailor at Waveland and was at one time postmaster there. He leaves seven children: Thomas and Milton Scott, of Ladoga; Charles Scott, of Waveland; Ed Scott, of Harrisburg; J. A. Scott of Veedersburg; Mrs. Canine, of Harrisburg and Mrs. Dr. Bell, of Kansas. Mr. Scott was one of triplets, the only survivor now being Mrs. John Evans, of Russellville. - thanks so much to S for the great obit work
