SCHULMEYER, Frederick - Putnam

Frederick W. Schulmeyer, died at Indianapolis Thursday Nov 26.  He was father-in-law of Charles Kiefer and grandfather of Jake Kiefer and Mrs. Emma K. Steeg. Mr. Schulmeyer died of old age, having filled the ripe and honored period of 84 years. He was born at Hesse-Dormstadt, Germany and came to this country, settling at Indianapolis in 1850.  Relatives here were appraised of his death Thursday night. – kbz
