We learn that word has been received by his relatives here that Capt. James H. Sands has been captured by the Rebels and has been, or is to be, shot by them for some violation of the rules of warfare as they pretend to construe it.

All enlisted men of my company absent on sick furlough since the 26th of August will be reported absent without leave, unless they report immediately.
