RUSSELL, Kenneth A. - Putnam

Danville, Ind – Kenneth Allen Russell, 72, Danville, died yesterday in Hendricks County Hospital. He worked 28 years for Indianapolis Transit, now Metro, retiring in 1976 from the body shop. He had been a jailer for the Hendricks County Sheriff’s Department since 1977.  He was a member and past master of Danville Masonic Lodge 26 and member of Moose Lodge 17 in Indianapolis. Services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday in Weaver Funeral Home, where friends may call from 4-9 p.m. tomorrow. A Masonic service will be at 8 p.m. tomorrow. Burial will be in Spring Hill Cemetery, Cartersburg. Survivors: wife Geraldine; son Larry.
