ROLLINGS Lou Ezra - Putnam

Mrs. Lou Ezra Rollings, 85 years old passed away at the home of her daughter, Mrs., Nellie Duell in Reelsville Saturday evening at 7:15 o'clock.  She had been in failing health for the past few years due to a broken hip but had been able to be up and around her home and at times visited in Greencastle until a few months ago.

Mrs. Rollings was the mother of Sheriff Joe Rollings.  Other children surviving include Mrs. Duell; Mrs. Cleo McMains, Mrs. Hazel Mogan (Morgan?) Oscar Rollings, Jesse Rollings.  There are 20 grandchildren, 36 great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday afternoon at 2 o'clock from the Reelsville Methodist Church.  Friends may call at the Duell home. The McCurry Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.  - kz
