Wallace LeRoy Robbins, 74, a lifelong resident of the Fincastle community died Monday at Fincastle at 11 a.m. He had been in failing health for the past few months. Mr. Robbins was born Sept 15, 1878 the son of John and Mary Robbins. He was born at Fincastle. His wife, Cora Robbins, survives. Also surviving are two sons, Paul of Russellville and Orrin of Crawfordsville; four sisters, Mrs. Maude Tfeister of Waco, Tx; Mrs. Lou Cox of Indianapolis; Mrs. Susie Beck of Hammond and Mrs. Pearl Hayworth of Montezuma and six grandchildren. Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 2 p.m. at the McCoy & Sons Funeral Home in Russellville. Friends may pay their respects at the funeral home at 2 p.m. Tuesday.
