RIGGS, Clarence Otto - Putnam

Kentland, Oct 11 – Clarence O. Riggs, superintendent of the Newton County Stone Company for the past 23 years, died suddenly of a heart attack at his home this morning.  He was stricken soon after going to his work. Born in Putnam County he was married June 8, 1908 to Nellie Sprinkle at Greencastle.
