Mrs. Gladeth Rice of R. R. 1, Marshall, age 65, died at her home, Tuesday morning, Jan. 16. She was born at Russellville, March 7, 1907, the daughter of William and Clara Hart Murray. She was married on Feb. 25,1941, to Theron Rice, who survives. Mrs. Rice was a member of the

Marshall Baptist Church and Missionary Society and the Marshall Women's Club.

Also surviving are a son, Jon A. of Champaign, Ill.; two sisters, Mrs. Sable Tresner of Russellville and Mrs. Gladys Davis of Indianapolis; and a grandson.

The body was taken from the Davies-Tudor Funeral Home in Marshall to the Marshall Baptist Church for services, Thursday afternoon, with Rev. Stacey Wesner officiating. Burial was in Bethany Cemetery at Marshall.
