REDLEN, Russell - Putnam

Redlen, Russell Samuel, age 75, died at his home near Parkersburg at 6:20 Monday morning of Heart trouble. He was born 23 September 1865 in St. Paul, Indiana, the son of Charles and Dorcas Russell Redlen, and on 10 September 1891, he was married to Luella Coshow. Mrs. Redlen died 8 July 1940. Mr. Redlen spent practically all his entire life in Parkersburg. For many years he was an RR. Engineer and in later years was a successful farmer.  Survived by one daughter; Mrs. Ivan White; one son, Corporal Kenneth E. Redlen, of the U.S. Army, stationed at Springfield, Missouri, a grandson, three granddaughters, one son in law and two daughter inlaws. Two brothers, Charles and Cum, both of Indianapolis. The funeral was held at 10:30 Wednesday morning from the late home south of Parkersburg. Burial was in the Russellville Cemetery. - mw
