Notice is hereby given that the undersigned executor of the last will and testament of John Ray deceased in pursuance of the authority given him by said will, and an order of the Court thereupon, will on the 8th day of September next at the mansion house of the late John Ray deceased, in Monroe Township in Putnam County proceed to sell at publick auction to the highest bidder, the following described real estate, viz

The S. E. qr. of Sec. 13 Township 16 North of Range 3 West. -- 2d. 60 acres off the North end of the West half of the N. West qr. of Sec 34 T. 15 N., of R. 5 W. 3d. 40 acres off the N. end of the E half of the N.E. qr. of Sec. 3 T. 15 N. of R. 5 W.-- 4th the W. half of the S. W. fraction of Sec. 18 in T. 16 N. of R. 2 W. of the 2d principal meridian – 5th the NE qr N qr of T 15N of R4W containing 40 acres. 6th the SE qr of Sec 22 in T 15N or R 4W.  A liberal credit will be given to the purchasers of said estates and a valid title given.  Terms made known on the day of the sale.  LG Ray, Exec

EXECUTOR'S SALE. Notice is hereby given that the undersigned executor of the last will and testament of John Ray deceased late of Putnam County will proceed to sell the personal estate of said decedent at publick auction at the mansion house of said decedent in Monroe Township on the 8th day of September, A.D. 1837, between the hours of 9 o'clock A. M. and 6 o'clock, P.M.
