RANDEL, Frank A. - Putnam

Thorntown, Ind – Frank A. Randel, 80, Thorntown, died Saturday in Witham Hospital in Lebanon. A native of Putnam County he was a parts manager for 26 years for International harvester dealerships in Thorntown and Lebanon, retiring in 1968.  A member of Thorntown Christian Church, he had been a church elder and had taught Sunday school.  He was a charter member of Thorntown Kiwanis Club and member of K of P at Thorntown. Services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday in Russell & Hitch Funeral Home here where friends may call from 2-9 p.m. Monday.  Survivors include his wife, Golda Micahels Randel; three sons, Darrell, William and Larry Randel and a daughter, Ilene Lanpher. – kbz
