James Proctor, of Putnam county, died of typhoid fever Wednesday at the home of a relative near Mace. He was buried here at the Masonic cemetery on Thursday.

James Proctor, of Putnam County, died Wednesday at the home of his uncle, David Neeley, at Linnsburg, of typhoid fever. Mr. Proctor was twenty two years of age and was an excellent young man. The funeral occurred on Thursday at the Neeley home and the services were conducted by Rev. Riley. The interment was in the Masonic Cemetery in this city.
