Services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at the Royster & Askin Funeral Home for Edwin Clyde Priest, age 59, 2257 Gordon Street Burial will be at Brick Chapel, Putnam County. He died of a heart attack Wednesday at his home. Mr. Priest was born in Bainbridge, came to Indianapolis in 1912 and lived here ever since. He was a carpenter employed by the AT Kelley Contracting Company. Survivors are his widow, Mrs. Myrtle I. Priest; two daughters, Mrs. Goldie Smith and Mrs. Roxie Schuster; a son, Claude Priest and a brother, RC Priest, Indianapolis. - kbz

Edwin Clyde Priest, 59 years old, 2257 Gordon Street died of a heart attack yesterday afternoon at his home. Born in Bainbridge, Mr. Priest came to Indianapolis in 1912 and has lived here ever since. He was a carpenter employed by the AT Kelley Contracting Company. Survivors are his widow, Mrs. Myrtle I. Priest; two daughters, Mrs. Goldie Smith and Mrs. Roxie Schuster; a son, Claude Priest and a brother, RC Priest, all of Indianapolis. Funeral services will be at 10:30 o’clock Saturday morning at the Royster & Askin Funeral Home. Burial will be at Brick Chapel in Putnam County. - kbz
