Preston - Elizabeth Allen - Putnam

Elizabeth Allen Preston, 78, Greencastle, formerly of Indianapolis died Nov 25.  She was a machine operator several years for Detroit Diesel ALlison Division of General Motors Corp retiring in 1974.  Mrs. Preston was a member of United Auto Workers Local 933.  Services: 10 a.m. Nov 30 in Bittles & Hurt Funeral Home, Greencastle with calling from 4-8 p.m. Nov 29.  Entombment: Washington Park East Mausoleum.  She was the widow of Ezra Preston.  Survivors: brothers Marshall, Chester, Sam Allen; sisters: Hazel Monroe, Gladys Hornsby, Mary Neier.  - kbz
