Roy G. Potter, 67, a Russellville native, died Monday evening in the Calimier Hospital at Escondido, California, where he had resided the past few years.
He was born August 27, 1902, near Russellville, a son of George and Mary Nettie Potter. He was graduated from Russellville High School, and was a retired civil service employee.
Survivors include his widow, Mildred; and three sisters, Mrs. Devota Berry of Crawfordsville, Mrs. Grace Maddox of Alexandria, Virginia, and Mrs. Gladys Spencer of Russellville.
He was preceded in death by five brothers and two sisters.
Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p. m. this afternoon at Alhiser-Wilson Mortuary at Escondido, California.
